::Aum Project::
Germán Martínez is 25 years old young talented spanish artist. His experience in
music production is long. He started with a simple tracker program in 1995 making hard tendences
populars in Spain. He met soon new electronic music tendences such as techno, house, IDM, ambient,
drum'n'bass and more. His interest in the psy-trance began at 1996 when he listened by first time a
Goa-trance compilation, but the little trance scene in Spain forced him to continue producing other
electronic music genres, and then, he released two tracks with a label located in Barcelona called Rod's Music
at the age of 20 with dj.Juancris, under the name of Diskedelic. He also have worked in more hard projects for the
spanish label Blanco y Negro Music in 2003 with his friend Jordi Ruiz. The new contact with the
psychedelic scene was trouhgout the spanish psy-trance crew located in Barcelona, Muskaria Crew,
it was when he understood that he wanted to make psy-trance. Now, he is a memeber of that crew
and he regulary make live-acts and dj-sets at Muskaria parties.
His music take influences from the top israelian psy-trance style. The most direct influences are from Astrix,
Infected Mushroom, Alien Project, Psysex and Psydrop ( now Hypersonic ). He also likes every psy-trance
genre like the progressive and morning full-on, but Aum Project always try to offer to the people good
vibes through the uplifting melodies and sequences typical from the melodic full-on. Nowadays, he is
exploring new forms combining the electro, techno influences and any kind of new electronic
sounds taken from the minimal and glitch applied to the psychedelic trance. He wants to compose most oriented
club music with open-air spirit.
Aum Project have played in Barcelona at La Cova Club, BeGood Club, Sugar and Cyberian Club, in Madrid
at Ya'sta Club@Sellenium, San Sebastián@Itzela Club and Ibiza at Las Dalias. He has been playing
too with national and international artists like Absolum (3D Vision, FRA), Add Noise (Muskaria, SPA),
Smuhg (AP Records, MEX), Pan Papason (Etnicanet, GRE) and Sum Sindhu (Madrid). He has been
djing too with the top leader spanish psy-trance dj's Hands & Nanuk from Muskaria Crew.
He loves to explore in the top electronic music production technology, trying to define the most
clearance sound for the dancefloor, combining the acual digital technology with the analogue fat
sound of vintage synths. He always have loved the analogue sound, but the hi-fi and hyper-clear
digital sound is a good way to make the best sound productions.

Germán Martínez es un joven artista español de 25 años. Su experiencia en la producción musical es larga.
Empezó en la música electrónica con un sencillo tracker en 1995 componiendo tendencias algo duras, pero
muy populares en España. Pronto empezó a descubrir nuevas músicas como techno, house, IDM, ambient,
drum'n'bass y más...Su interés por el psy-trance ( o Goa-trance) empezó en 1996 al escuchar, por primera
vez, un recopilatorio de música Goa, pero la casi inexistente escena Goa en España hizo que continuara
investigando en otras tendencias electrónicas y, fue entonces, cuando publicó sus primeros tracks en un
sello barcelonés a la edad de 20 años junto con Dj.Juancris, bajo el nombre de Diskedelic. Más tarde siguió
trabajando en algún que otro proyecto de para el sello Blanco y Negro Music en 2003 con su amigo Jordi
Ruiz. El nuevo contacto con la escena psy-trance fue a través del colectivo barcelonés Muskaria crew que fue
esencial para su continuidad en la música psy-trance. Actualmente, miembro de dicho colectivo lo podemos
ver regularmente ofreciendo lives acts y dj sets en las fiestas organizadas por Muskaria Crew.
Su música recibe influencias de muchos artistas israelitas. Las influencias más directas provienen de nombres
como Astrix, Infected Mushroom, Alien Project, Psysex y Psydrop (ahora Hypersonic). Sus gustos son amplios
y van desde el progressive hasta el morning full-on, pero Aum Project siempre intenta ofecer al público buenas
vibraciones a través de melodías llevaderas y épicas, además de secuencias típicas del full-on. Hoy en día,
está explorando nuevas formas combinando el electro, techno y cualquier tipo de influencia en la música
electrónica aplicadas al psy-trance. Su deseo es componer música más orientada a clubs con un espíritu
de fiesta open-air.
Aum Project ha tocado numerosas veces en Barcelona en La Cova, BeGood, Sugar y Cyberian Club. En Madrid
en Ya'sta Club, Itzela Club@San Sebastián, en Las Dalias@Ibiza. Ha tenido el placer, también, de tocar al lado
de artistas como Absolum (3Dvision, Fra), Add Noise (Muskaria, Spa), Smuhg (AP Records, Mex), Pan Papaon
(Etnicanet, Gre), Sum Sindhu (Unlogic, Spa) y Celli Firmi aka Earthling (Spun Records, Ibiza). Ha compartido
cabina también en numerosas ocasiones con dos de los mejores dj's a nivel español como Hands & Nanuk
de Muskaria Crew.
Aum Project es una amante de la tecnología musical y le encanta indagar en ella, intentando definir el mejor
sonido para el dancefloor, combinando la actual tecnología con el grosor característico de los sintetizadores
analógicos clásicos. Siempre ha sido un gran amante del sonido analógico, pero reconoce que
el sonido hi-fi y claro de la tecnología digital es el buen camino para conseguir lo mejor en las produciones.
